- Only materials bearing the signature of one of those officials may be kept and read within the school.
Parents and Guardian Rules
- Even though they assign some of their responsibilities to the school, parents still have rights and obligations regarding their children’s education. In every situation, parents cooperation and support are deemed essential to the school’s ability to successfully carry out its educational mission.
- Please give this some serious thought. At all costs, we will not be revisiting this issue.
- Meetings with parents or other family members during school hours are prohibited for students. It is forbidden to send students out of school to see someone at the train or airport, or to consult a doctor for any kind of celebration. Take a leave of absence on such occasions and submit your leave request form to the school office.

- office regarding the exam, as it will not take place before or after the specified time and date.
- Giving out birthday presents is not permitted at the school.
- Pupils are accountable enough to remember to pack their study materials, which includes their tiffin box. The office will not accept items that someone brings in on behalf of their wards.
- Instruct your wards to be accountable and on time.
We kindly ask parents and guardians to assist the school
administration:
- By encouraging their wards to arrive at school on time and on a regular basis.
- By routinely reviewing the school diary.
- By observing how conscientious their wards are with their assignments and classes.
- By speaking with school administrators before hiring private tutors.
- By enforcing orderliness and cleanliness in their exercise books, textbooks, and personal belongings.
- By periodically having a conversation about the wards progress with the principal or vice principal.

- During class hours, parents and guardians are not permitted to visit their children or speak with teachers without the express permission of the vice principal or principal.
- The Principal should be the recipient of all correspondence with the school
Suggestions for Parents
- Both the school and the parents have a duty to provide a good education. Even though a school can help a child a lot, it cannot solve all of their problems. His or her initial education and training, which are then continued in school, come from the home.
- Your complete cooperation is necessary to ensure that your child receives an education.
- It is important to support and nurture the child’ s development of a clean habit in all areas of their lives and work. Dress the person appropriately and neatly. Permitting him/her to bring expensive items to the school to showcase them or demonstrate their superiority over others should be prohibited. Steer clear of all forms of extravagance when your ward is celebrating their birthday in class or at school. Assist the child in realizing that, at school, he or she is just like every other student. Limit the school’s birthday celebrations to the sharing of candy among the students.
- It does occasionally happen that kids will complain to their parents about things at school. Parents are asked to report such issues to the principal and to withhold judgment until a thorough investigation has been completed. Along these lines, a little caution frequently averts negative outcomes.
- Please notify the principal if your child exhibits any habits or behavioral characteristics that call for extra monitoring so that your ward can receive the appropriate care.
- Children find even seemingly insignificant objects intriguing and desirable to possess. If something that he or she brings home from school is not theirs, please return it the following day and let the appropriate people know. Children will be encouraged to be honest, and it will pay off.
- Please include the child’s name, class and section, and admission number in any correspondence you send to the principal or teachers.
- Parents are asked to regularly check their ward’s diary and take note of any comments made by the principal or teachers.
- To talk about their children’s progress and welfare, parents and guardians must first meet with the principal. During their off-time, the principal should always be present for any discussions with theclass teacher.
- Parental and guardian visits to students and meetings with teachers during school hours are prohibited without permission from the principal because it interferes with their rightful and regular work schedules.
- Unless otherwise announced, Parents-Teachers meetings will take place every second Saturday. It is expected of parents to take full advantage of this opportunity to foster mutual understanding between themselves and the teachers regarding the overall development of their children. This is not a time to identify flaws.
- If valid complaints are brought to the Principal’s or the teachers attention as soon as possible, it will be greatly appreciated. The parents and students ‘ identities won’t be disclosed.
- Parents are not allowed to pay for private instruction from their children’s teachers. They should completely forgo paying tuition and force the child to learn independently with the assistance of the school’s teachers.
- Additionally, kindly confirm that the wards ‘ diaries contain the accurate address and phone number. We especially ask that parents and guardians let the school know if their phone number or address changes.
- It is not advisable for your child to skip class for social events as this will hinder their academic progress and lessen their motivation to put in consistent effort. When a child is being held at home, the school needs to be informed.
- Children should not be sent to school to take tests or attend classes because they will likely ruin their studies and health. In the event of illness, a leave request application must be submitted right away to the school.
- Limit the amount of pocket money that kids receive. Spending too much money should be discouraged. Make every effort to ensure that children eat food prepared at home. Ensure that they arrive at school with their Tiffin in hand. Kids shouldn’t wear or carry expensive jewellery, bracelets, or wristwatches to school, nor should they bring crackers, colours, transistors, stickers, cell phones, or video games.
- Don’t let your kids bring presents for their friends or classmates. It is not permitted to show gratitude or goodwill towards the staff by giving them gifts or in any other way.
- In order to maintain the student’s respect for the staff and the school authority, criticism of the staff or the authority figures should be avoided when the child is present. Please meet with the principal if you have a valid complaint.
- Dear Parents and Guardians, in order to continue to maintain excellence in the areas of learning and discipline, the school administration always needs your kind cooperation.
Other Guidelines
- It is expected of every student in the school to behave and speak politely. Any form of disrespect will not be accepted.
- The school maintains the ability to refuse admission, suspend pupils, or both. Irregular attendance or habitual want of attention to one’s tasks, unbecoming behavior or conduct harmful to the
- moral tone of the school actions of insubordination to school officials, or any other sort of significant misbehavior will be sufficient justification for the suspension or dismissal of student.
- If a student disobeys school policies, is unable to improve academically or in general behavior, or if the parents refuse to work with the administration, the principal may request that the parent remove their child from the school.

- If a student has to take a half-day leave earlier for valid reasons, they must apply to the principal and get the required approval, along with a note from the parents. If parents are unable to pick up their children from school, a letter of authority needs to be given to the school administration.
- Without a “gate pass” issued by the principal, no student may leave the school or be removed from its grounds. Students will receive their gate pass if the principal is satisfied with the authenticity of the situation and the identity of the person who is accompanying them.
- A student may have their name removed from the rolls if they miss more than fifteen days in a row or miss multiple periods of time without authorization. Only after a new admission fee has been paid is readmission permitted.
- Every working day, students are expected to bring their school diaries. Any request or information sent by the principal or teachers to the parents/guardians via this diary must be acknowledged and complied with.
- Each student needs to bring to school the necessary textbooks, notebooks, and stationery for their classes, following their daily schedule. No magazines, books, etc. Books that aren’t from the library or associated with projects that have been approved may be brought to the school.
- Students of one class/section are not allowed to be in another class or section at any time of the day without due authorization.
- Damage to school property includes ink-stains and writing on the walls or school furniture must be compensated at the expense of the offender.
